We have one room available in our town house in upper level where we are looking for someone either male or female student or work professional. We have 13 yr old in house so we really want someone who can set good example for him since we will be sharing the kitchen and room. We are very friendly and will treat you like own family. Everything is included like wifi and foods, etc in $700 for that room. It’s around bristow area where u will have peace calm environment and will have easy short access to highways and grocery stores.
Coming to the basement, we will have refurnished basement , currently we are furnishing it and will complete soon. This would be good idea for a family who are willing to have good rated school to their children in a very affordable price. There is private entrance so you will have privacy. The main living room is bright and you will have natural light. The kitchen will be newly furnished with microwave on it. Well, it’s a pretty good area to raise your kids. But we expect long term commitment atleast one year when you move here. We are a friendly family and will welcome you heartily. Will be there for you if any help is required.
You will have free internet access, all utilities are included in $1350.
