We have a room available for rent in a 4BR apartment (3rd and 4th floor of the house). The room is pretty big compared to many we find in the greater Boston area. Off street parking is available at no added cost. Plenty of space available on the street to and there is no cost or permit required either. If you need to use public transportation, there is a bus stop 2 minutes away from the house that takes you to Harvard Square in 15 - 30 minutes. Another bus stop is about 8-10 minutes away that can take you to other parts of Boston. Major grocery stores are nearby. We have nice Front and Back porches if you want to enjoy the weather or get some fresh air/relax. We also have a nice backyard. It is a residential area so there aren't too many cars/buses running in our street. It's a very quiet, safe and beautiful neighborhood. We have a big living area. If you are a work from home person then there is plenty of space to find your corner (either in your own room or in the general/shared areas). There is a washer/dryer in the basement. It is free of cost (no coins). We also have a dishwasher if you like to let the machine do the cleaning. Housemates are all working pros. Really nice, friendly and responsible people/friends.
