I have a master bedroom and a basement room available for rent, both with ample parking right in front of the house in my private lot. Each room comes with its own attached bathroom. I live alone, and if you're interested in renting more than one room, I also have two smaller rooms available on the top floor. You're welcome to come by and see which one fits you best.



All utilities are included - heat, air conditioning, electricity, gas, trash, water, and internet - so you can enjoy a stress-free living experience. You'll have plenty of space and privacy, just like living in your own home. Singles or couples are both welcome. The only thing I ask is that you keep your room, bathroom, and the common areas neat and well-maintained.



Rental rates:

Basement room: $800 (Room only)

Whole basement: $1300

Master bedroom: $1200

Other single room with shared bathroom: $650
