We have a room available for rent in a 4BR apartment (3rd and 4th floor of the house) from August 1st onwards. The room is pretty big compared to many we find in the greater Boston area. Off street parking is available. There is no sticker/cost required to park on the street and parking is abundantly available. If you wish to/need to use public transportation, there is a bus stop 2 minutes from the house that takes you to Harvard Square in 10-15 minutes. Another bus stop is about 8-10 minutes away that can take you to other parts of Boston and the surrounding cities/towns. Major grocery stores are nearby. We have a nice Front and back porches if you want to enjoy the weather or get some fresh air and want to relax. We also have a nice backyard where we sometimes go and chill. It is a residential area so there aren't too many cars/buses running in our street. There aren't many pedestrians walking by either. In other words, it's a very quiet, safe and beautiful neighborhood. We have big living area. If you are work from home person then there is plenty of space to find your corner (either in your own room or in the general shared areas). There is a washer/dryer in the basement. It is free of cost (no coins). We also have a dishwasher if you like to let the machine do the cleaning. Housemates are all working pros. Really nice, friendly and responsible people/friends.
