Multiple Jobs, babysitter/house hold + cleaning + labor job
1. Babysitter - It would be idle for a person who wants to save rent. Monthly $1800. (must be interested on cooking food). A furnished bed will be provided to live (potential could be shared later)
My son is 3 years old and very well behaved kid and goes to school from 8:20 to 2:40pm. So, you will have morning free after he goes to school.
Other than morning, 1 hour, you have to perform all the baby sitting roles after he comes back from school to most likely 7pm to sometimes 8pm.
weekends is yours (sat - sun) , you can stay over in weekends in our place or go out , its totally upto you.
I travel once in a month, that is the only time you have to be available to work on weekends.
If you need more than two days, or you need to go out more than two days, give us advance notice, we are flexible.
2. House hold work: Cleaning person - once in 2 weeks $100 a day (whole working day)
vacuuming, mopping
cleaning refrigerator
bathroom
basement
garage
laundry area
must be willing to some landscaping too - example picking up twigs, clearing trash, and mowing lawn, watering plants etc.
3. Daily labor job $100 to $120 dollars a day for 8 hours (based on experience) i.e. $12 to $15 an hour
- who does not want to work hard , please do not apply
- includes, painting - lifting, mudding, and many more - you will be trained , training will be paid

Option 2 : if you just want to do couple of days during week for 6 hours (2pm to 7pm) $60 per day
