Electricity and gas is shared during winter months only. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 full bath and one half bathroom. Location is convenient for public transportation users. 106 bus stop is across the street that takes you to Malden Center . Other buses like 108, 411 and 430 are about 8 minutes walk.
