### Chef – Nepali Cuisine
We are looking for an experienced and dependable **Chef** to lead and manage our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of **authentic Nepali cooking**, be able to prepare a variety of traditional Nepali dishes, and have the skills to maintain consistent food quality and kitchen standards.
**Responsibilities:**
* Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service.
* Prepare authentic Nepali dishes, including **momo, chowmein, sekuwa, curries, dal, bhat, achar, and traditional Nepali specialties**.
* Maintain consistent taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
* Manage food preparation, inventory, and ingredient usage.
* Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness.
* Train and supervise kitchen staff.
* Monitor food quality and minimize food waste.
* Help with menu preparation, recipes, and daily specials.
* Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
* Work closely with management to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications:**
* Previous experience as a Chef or Kitchen Manager preferred.
* Strong knowledge and experience with **Nepali cuisine is required**.
* Ability to manage a kitchen and lead a team.
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
* Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
