I'm looking to rent out a private room in a 3 bed 2.5 bath townhouse in a safe and quiet neighborhood in North Quincy. You will be sharing the house with other young professional (One male, one female) in their 20s. The room is furnished with a bed frame and a table; this can be removed if desired. The room is ideal for a college student or a young professional working in the city. Single occupant only. The place has heating and central A/C for cooling during the summer. The apartment complex has swimming pool, tennis court, is just minutes to Wollaston Beach, walkable distance to North Quincy T Station, and very close to the expressway.
